What we handle

Everything a payer, hospital, or surveyor will ask to see, kept in one complete record for each provider.

Initial credentialing
Education, training, work history, licenses, DEA, board certification, malpractice, references, and disclosures assembled into a complete file, with gaps explained before anyone asks.
Primary source verification
Licenses, DEA, boards, education, and NPPES confirmed at the source and documented with the date, source, and who verified each one.
Payer enrollment
Medicare and Medicaid through PECOS and state portals, plus commercial plans, followed until effective dates are confirmed in writing.
CAQH ProView
Profiles built, documents uploaded, and re-attestation kept on schedule so payers never see a stale profile.
Hospital and facility privileges
Applications, privilege forms, and reappointments coordinated with each facility's medical staff office.
Expirables and recredentialing
Licenses, DEA, certifications, malpractice, and BLS/ACLS tracked at 90, 60, and 30 days out, with recredentialing started well before the deadline.

How it works

Each new provider moves through the same four steps.

  1. Intake

We gather what the provider already has and request what's missing with a single checklist.

  2. Verify

Each credential is confirmed with its primary source and the verification is documented.

  3. Submit

Payer, CAQH, and facility applications go out complete, and we follow up until each one closes.

  4. Maintain

Every expiration date is tracked, and renewals begin months ahead, not days.

For practices without a credentialing department

You need credentialing done right, but not a full-time hire to do it. We work as that department.

  • Solo and small group practices
  • New practices enrolling with payers for the first time
  • Practices adding nurse practitioners, PAs, or other APRNs
  • Groups expanding to new locations or states
  • Practices catching up on lapsed or incomplete files

A credentialing record you can log into

We're building the WhiteCOAT credentialing platform: one secure record for each provider, holding documents, verifications, enrollments, and expiration dates, with access for your practice staff. Ask about early access.

Tell us about your practice

Let us know how many providers you have and where things stand. We'll reply with what it would take to get every file current.
